The entry fee includes the following services:
- Start number with one-way chip and name (registration required until july 30th 2020)
- Meals at the official catering facilities
- Medical service
- Transport of effects from start to finish
- SMS result service
- All rail and bus transports to the start and back from the finish within the Upper Engadin (RhB, 2nd class) on the day of the race (Please note the protective measures recommended by the transport company. It is mandatory to wear a mask in public transport.)
- An ERDINGER non-alcoholic beer for all classified participants at the finish
- Participant gift
The entry fee excludes any transaction costs (e.g. credit card fees). The euro price can be adjusted at short notice depending on the exchange rate course.
When registering online via Datasport, you have
the option of taking out cancellation insurance. All refunds must be processed
through this insurance.
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance and cannot start due to an accident or illness, a free start will be granted for the following year after sending in a medical certificate. If participation is not possible in the following year, this free start will not apply. It is not possible to return money.
Registrations are possible until august 14th 2020, 12.00 pm.
No late registrations are possible at the start. People without a start number are not allowed to join.
The start numbers will be sent to your address 2 weeks before the run. The start number must be taken to the start. Participants without a start number cannot start. Participants, which are registred after 30th of july 2020 receive their starting number at the info-Point at the Start. Important: If you have changed your address, please contact the Sommerlauf office immediately (email@example.com).
You must wear the start number on your chest. The start numbers also serve as a ticket for public transport (RhB, Engadin Bus) on the race day within the Upper Engadin.

Dressing rooms and showers
No dressing rooms and showers at the finish: The participants are asked to leave the finish area immediately after the finish and to start the journey home. No groups of people will be tolerated at the finish.
Personal luggage is packed up to 20 minutes before the start and must be handed over to the luggage truck in the starting area with the "luggage note" (to be torn off the start number). The luggage is transported from the start to the finish in Pontresina. Only one piece of luggage is allowed per person.
The target time is determined by Datasport. The times will be published after the event online on Datasport and on our website: Link.

There is no massage service this year.
On the way in Punt Muragl and at the finish in Pontresina there is a first aid person. In case of emergencies we ask the runners to help each other and if necessary to alert the emergency number 144.
No award ceremony: This year's award ceremony is unfortunately canceled. However, prizes will be raffled among all participants, which will be sent home by post.

- Ranking list: The target time is determined by Datasport. The times will be published online on Datasport and our website after the event.
- Spectators: They are asked to cheer for the runners on the course and go to the start or finish areas.
There are two refreshments on the route. The locations of the refreshments are shown on the route map.
The offer includes: water, an isotonic drink and energy bars from BE THE CHANGE and gels.
Lost and found
Any items lost or found during the summer run weekend can be picked up/dropped off at our office. Any lost property will only be kept until September 15th.
